We worked with Promo Consulting for most of 2024 which has proven to be an excellent investment of our time and money. Annual sales are up 20%, GPM has grown to 40% and we are headed into 2025 with a written business plan and budget. Our sales team has been restructured to include a dedicated focus on NBD, which gives us confidence that profit and the value of our business will continue to grow at rates well above the industry average. It’s so nice to be planning for success and we are in a much better place thanks to the help of Randy and the Promo Consulting team!
