We had a senior finance professional out unexpectedly on leave and Jen was able to come in to ensure we were able to manage essential CFO finance functions.
During her interim CFO service, she also conducted an insightful process review for us to review and consider for future process improvements once we emerged from the emergency management period.
Jen and Randy are not only insightful and filled with institutional knowledge, but also extremely thoughtful and compassionate colleagues we are blessed to call our friends over the past 14+ years!
