Becki Heinen


Becki began her industry journey at Facilisgroup in 2017, swiftly advancing through various partner-facing roles to eventually lead Partner Development for over 200 distributors. Specializing in technology implementation, onboarding, workflow optimization, and strategic alignment, Becki supported distributor partners in meeting their business objectives and profitability goals. Her role allowed her to collaborate closely with owners and key decision makers, thus leveraging her understanding of company cultures and establishing deep rooted industry relationships.

Transitioning to DCX early in 2022, Becki played a pivotal role in shaping the startup's trajectory, particularly in enhancing Client Experience, as evidenced by the company's industry-leading 81 NPS. She spearheaded critical workflows and processes, contributing to a remarkable 100% growth trajectory.

Becki’s core focus is to help companies become more streamlined and leaner to increase profitability whether it be for growth or as a component of an exit strategy.

Becki excels in hiring, team building, KPI and dashboard development, and guiding teams toward success.

Based in St. Louis, MO, Becki enjoys outdoor adventures, travel, supporting the Iowa Hawkeyes, and spending time with her family.
