Jennifer is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the promotional industry. As Operations Manager for a Facilisgroup Distributor Partner, Jen oversaw customer service, production, and accounting. Jen then leveraged her technology, accounting, and industry experience, working for the next 15 years in the product team at Facilisgroup to help build it’s Syncore platform. During her time at Facilisgroup she had additional roles in the training and onboarding team and was the go-to person for all things system and finance related. Jennifer has earned a reputation for her expertise, resourcefulness, and willingness to help others. Whether it’s troubleshooting technical issues, providing strategic advice, or offering solutions to complex problems, she consistently delivers accurate and actionable solutions that drive results.
